RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan on Sunday, met the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in Kuwait City’s Bayan Palace.
Foreign Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah also attended the meeting.
Prince Faisal conveyed the appreciation and greetings of King Salman and Saudi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman to the leadership of Kuwait and their wishes for Kuwait’s future progress and development.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the historic fraternal ties between the two countries and peoples. They also reviewed opportunities for bilateral cooperation in diverse fields and regional developments.
Saudi foreign minister’s official visit to Kuwait
Prince Faisal arrived in Kuwait on Saturday evening on an official visit. Sheikh Salem at Kuwait International Airport received him. Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid and several other senior officials were also present.
