Pakistan to Face Bangladesh in Second ODI Today

DHAKA: Pakistan are set to play Bangladesh in the second One-Day International (ODI) today at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The match will start at 2:15 PM local time in Bangladesh and 1:15 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Bangladesh currently hold a 1–0 lead in the three-match ODI series after claiming a convincing eight-wicket victory in the opening game.

In the first match, Pakistan were bowled out for a total of 115 runs. Bangladesh successfully chased the target, reaching it on the opening delivery of the 16th over.

For Pakistan, Faheem Ashraf was the leading run-scorer with 37 runs. Sahibzada Farhan scored 27 runs, while Moaz Sadaqat added 18 runs.

For the hosts, Tanzid Hasan played a key role with an unbeaten 67, helping his side secure the win, while Najmul Hossain Shanto contributed 27 runs.

From Pakistan’s bowling side, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Wasim Jr. took one wicket each.

Pakistan will look to bounce back in the second ODI and level the series.
