LISBON: German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock on Wednesday said that the European Union (EU) had tried everything to stop the Ukraine war but that Russian President Vladimir Putin just want to destroy Ukraine.
German FM call for weapons supply to Ukraine
Addressing at a conference in Portugal’s capital Lisbon, FM Annalena Baerbock said Vladimir Putin’s stance was the reason why it was “crucial to keeping up the delivery of weapons to Ukraine so Kyiv can defend itself and protect the lives of its people.”
