OIC for Consolidating Cooperation Among its Organs, Institutions

JEDDAH: Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary-General Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), hosted an official dinner in honor of the chiefs of OIC institutions’ delegations, external offices, and special envoys in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The aim of the gathering was to expand mutual knowledge and further consolidate cooperation between the OIC and its institutions, organs, and external offices.

The meeting expressed the Organization’s determination to continue the process of providing various means of support and help to activate the functioning of Organization of Islamic Cooperation offices and institutions around the world. It will also support the Secretary-General’s special envoys in accomplishing their given tasks.

Annual meeting a nice opportunity to discuss OIC plans implementation

The Secretary-General said that the annual meeting, which includes the representatives of the body’s offices and institutions was an opportunity to hold a dialogue among all Organization of Islamic Cooperation institutions and to discuss appropriate ways to accelerate the process of implementation of the Organization’s programs.
