Ingredients

For Mango Jelly:

  • Water: 1-1.5 cups
  • Mango jelly: 1 pack

For Strawberry Jelly:

  • Strawberry jelly: 1 pack

For Mango Puree:

  • Diced mango chunks: 1 cup

For Mango Custard Vermicelli:

  • Full cream milk: 1 liter
  • Sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Full cream milk: 1/4 cup
  • Pistachios: 1/4 cup
  • Almonds: 1/4 cup
  • Raisins: 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, bring water to a boil, add mango jelly, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring well.
  2. In a separate pan, bring water to a boil, add strawberry jelly, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring well.
  3. Blend the mango chunks until smooth to make the mango puree, and set it aside.
  4. In another pan, heat full cream milk until it boils, then add colorful vermicelli. Cook until the vermicelli is soft and nonsticky.
  5. Stir in the mango puree and mix thoroughly.
  6. In a cup, combine mango custard with full cream milk and mix well.
  7. Add the prepared custard to the vermicelli mixture and mix until well combined.
  8. Transfer the mango vermicelli custard mixture to a bowl, then add pistachios, almonds, raisins, and mango puree, mixing everything together.
  9. Finally, add the fruit cocktail, mango chunks, mango jelly, strawberry jelly, and full cream dairy cream. Mix well and serve.
