Ingredients:

For Chicken Marination

5-6 boneless chicken thigh pieces

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp mixed herbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper powder

For the Mustard Sauce

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp chopped onion

1 ½ cups chicken stock

2 cups full cream milk

1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

1/2 tsp mixed herbs

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp mustard paste

1 cup dairy cream

 For Assembling

Oil as needed

Marinated chicken

Boiled noodles as needed

Directions

In a bowl, combine the chicken, Dijon mustard, mixed herbs, garlic powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well and set aside.

In a pan, heat the butter and oil. Cook for a minute, then add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the onion and cook for one minute.

Pour in the chicken stock, full cream milk, crushed black pepper, mixed herbs, salt, and mustard paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the dairy cream and continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and place the marinated chicken in it. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until fully done. Pour the creamy mustard sauce over the chicken. Your Mustard Chicken is ready to serve. Pair it with boiled noodles and enjoy!
