ISLAMABAD: A PIA plane skidded on landing at the Peshawar Airport, but the captain skillfully controlled the plane.
According to details, the PIA plane narrowly escaped a major accident due to bad weather in Peshawar.
The plane skidded on landing at Peshawar Airport, but the captain adeptly maneuvered the plane which got stuck near the taxiway, at this point, the passengers were disembarked via stairs and taken to the lounge.
Spokesman Civil Aviation Authority said that the PIA flight had reached Peshawar from Riyadh which slipped, while two flights were diverted to Islamabad due to the closure of the runway.
