PARIS: Local officials said on Saturday that at least five people were wounded in blast at a residential compound in Paris. Police also confirmed the incident and said that the efforts are being made to shift the injured to the hospitals.

Earlier in June, three people were killed in the French capital city in same nature of explosion. Emergency services said that the wounded were taken to hospital and the compound’s other residents were evacuated. Authorities said they had started a probe into the source of the blast, which was thought to be a mishap.
