LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced that the Punjab government would establish 200 clinics-on-wheels for major cities of the province. She made the announcement during a ceremony organized in connection to inaugurate a field hospital in Lahore. She said that the provincial government is going to start the province’s first air ambulance service within next weeks.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said field hospitals are equipped with all essential facilities in the province. She said that field hospitals will go to remote areas and provide services where no health facilities are available to the citizens.
Maryam Nawaz claimed that in the next five years, the Punjab government will ensure health facilities of high standards for the citizens of the province. She expressed resolve that these health facilities would reach every individual. The Chief Minister Punjab also announced to re-launch the health cards facility in Punjab.
