NAROWAL: The 12th annual Urs of Pir Syed Afzal Hussain Shah Jamati celebrations have concluded in Alipur Syedan, Narowal. The Urs celebrations were overseen by Pir Syed Zafar Hussain Shah Jamati and Pir Syed Noor Hussain Shah Jamati Sajjada Nation Darbar Aliya.
The event attracted a large number of followers from across the country, with participants arriving in large numbers to join the celebrations. A notable contingent from Sahiwal, led by Pir Syed Zammurd Hussain Shah Gilani Jamati, added to the grandeur of the occasion by conveying their respects and blessings.
In light of the significance of Urs, special security measures were implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants attending the event. Additionally, the Narowal district administration had notified an official local holiday to mark the occasion, allowing residents to fully participate in the spiritual festivities.
